The Settlers Cottage is warm and cosy, full of character, featuring beautiful timber walls and a unique, inviting atmosphere. Sleeping up to 6 guests with plenty of room for your pets! A fully equipped kitchen which features stunning black marble benchtops paired with a sleek glass splashback, a stylish space that’s as practical as it is beautiful. The kitchen and living areas are open plan and the home is heated by reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you warm in the cooler months and comfortable in summer. The large under cover deck at the rear of the home is accessed via french doors that bring the outside in. With parking on the property, there's plenty to love. The bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and a stunning clawfoot bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. And with a washing machine in the home everything is there for a long or short term stay. The three separate bedrooms include: two with comfortable queen beds and one with a set of bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. The Settlers Cottage is the perfect base when you are staying on Tasmania's east coast and is within easy distance to St Helens Mountain Bike Trails, Blue Derby, Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires, Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay, Douglas Apsley National Park, Spring Vale Vineyard, Milton, Priory Ridge Vineyard, St Helens Conservation Area, sand dunes and miles and miles and miles of endless beaches and surf breaks.
